Ninguna corporación distinta de los establecimientos bancarios que hayan sido debidamente autorizados para tener sección fiduciaria, de acuerdo con este capítulo, podrá tener o ejercer las facultades de recibir depósitos de dinero, seguridades u otros bienes de cualquier persona o corporación en calidad de fideicomiso, o tener o ejercer en la República de Colombia ninguna de las facultades especificas de este capítulo.
