Art. 3º Creánse las plazas de dos Contadores más en la Oficina general de Cuentas, para el examen de las que deben rendir los Tesoreros y Administradores Generales de los Departamentos.

Cada Contador tendrá un Oficial auxiliar; y tanto los Contadores como los auxiliares empezarán á funcionar el día 1º de Febrero de 1888, y gozarán de asignaciones iguales a las que corresponden á empleados de igual categoría en la misma Oficina.
