ARTICULO 134 . PARQUES.- Los parques que administra el Fondo de Inmuebles Nacionales serán cedidos a los municipios o distritos en los cuales se encuentran ubicados, de conformidad con lo dispuesto en el Decreto-Ley 077 de 1987.
