Cuando se juzgare a dos o más procesados, el Procurador General de la Nación o los Procuradores de Distrito podrán designar para que intervengan en la audiencia, además del respectivo Fiscal o Personero Municipal, con todas las facultades y atribuciones de éstos, a otro funcionario del Ministerio Público.
