El edificio que, de acuerdo con la disposición de la Ley 46 de 1919 , se ha construido en esta ciudad para Laboratorio Nacional de Higiene, en local número 11 de la carrera 12, se destinara exclusivamente para este Laboratorio y para las oficinas de la Dirección Nacional de Higiene y

Asistencia Pública.
