Art. 1.° Cada uno de los miembros de la Junta Directiva de la canalización del río Magdalena, cuyo nombramiento corresponde á las Juntas de comerciantes de Bogotá, Medellín y Barranquilla , tendrá un suplente designado por dichas Juntas de comerciantes.
