Naturaleza Jurídica del Fondo Nacional de Regalías - En Liquidación. El Fondo Nacional de Regalías, creado por la Ley 141 de 1994, es un fondo cuenta con personería jurídica, adscrito al Departamento Nacional de Planeación.

Parágrafo

El DNP apoyará el desarrollo de las actividades dirigidas a la liquidación del Fondo Nacional de Regalías - En Liquidación, hasta cuando se finalice dicho proceso liquidatorio. Los recursos del Fondo Nacional de Regalías - En Liquidación seguirán siendo recaudados y administrados por la Dirección General del Tesoro Nacional del Ministerio de Hacienda y Crédito Público.
