Desistimiento . Si de la propuesta o de la resolución de modificación unilateral del contrato apareciere que el valor del mismo se aumenta o disminuye en más de un veinte por ciento (20%) del precio inicialmente pactado, el contratista podrá desistir del contrato en forma expresa en el acta correspondiente o dentro de los diez (10) días siguientes a la ejecutoria de aquélla; en tales eventos se pasará a la liquidación del contrato.
