La exploración y explotación de los yacimientos o depósitos de que trata esta ley, el transporte de sus productos, la maquinaria y demás elementos necesarios para su beneficio y para la construcción y conservación de oleoductos, quedan exentos de toda clase de impuestos departamentales y municipales, directos o indirectos que puedan gravarlos.
