Las disposiciones legales sobre visitas de cárceles, son aplicables á la Justicia Castrense, con la aclaración de que cuando hubiere cárcel militar y en el mismo lugar actuare el Tribunal Superior Militar, las visitas serán presididas por un Magistrado de éste.
