Art. 4.° Entre el Ministerio de Instrucción Pública y el Concejo Municipal de Bogotá se acordará lo que fuere justo y conveniente para determinar el carácter con que deba continuar el local de Tres Esquinas en lo sucesivo, de suerte que se establezca a qué entidad debe corresponder el dominio de dicho inmueble, sea que continúe prestando el servicio de hospital u otro cualquiera.
