° Autorízase a los doctores Reynaldo Bastidas Rodríguez, Presidente del Tribunal Superior de Orden Público; Alvaro Joya Villamizar, Fiscal 3° del Tribunal Superior de Orden Público; Miguel de J. Niño Sandoval, Director Seccional de Orden Público de Santafé de Bogotá, y Carlos Augusto Pardo Cuervo, Director Seccional de Orden Público de Cúcuta; Eleonora Ana Milena Cerón de Valencia, Directora Seccional de Instrucción Criminal de Cali, y al doctor César Augusto Solanilla Chavarro, Asesor del Viceministro, para aceptar la Invitación formulada por el Gobierno de los Estados Unidos de Norteamérica para realizar visita de observación al sistema judicial de ese país del 4 de noviembre al 22 de noviembre de 1991, y para aceptar los pasajes internacionales y locales al sitio de la reunión y viáticos a razón de US $ 140 00 diarios; por el tiempo que dure la visita.
