En Ejercicio De La Vigilancia Del Mercado De Cambios Internacionales, La Prefectura De Registro De Cambios Adelantará Por Intermedio De Los Inspectores O Visitadores Las Averiguaciones Que Fueren Necesaria Para Comprobar Si Las Operaciones De Cambio Internacional Se Han Efectuado En Contravención A Los Dispuesto Por El Decreto Legislativo 2867 De 1966, Por Cualquiera Persona Natural O Jurídica Dentro Del Territorio Nacional

º En ejercicio de la vigilancia del mercado de cambios internacionales, la Prefectura de Registro de Cambios adelantará por intermedio de los Inspectores o Visitadores las averiguaciones que fueren necesaria para comprobar si las operaciones de cambio internacional se han efectuado en contravención a los dispuesto por el Decreto legislativo 2867 de 1966, por cualquiera persona natural o jurídica dentro del territorio nacional.

Parágrafo

Para estas averiguaciones o para la práctica de diligencias, podrán ser comisionados los Alcaldes Municipales o cualquiera otra autoridad de Policía
