Proyectos de Transporte Asistencial en Salud para la Ruralidad. Las Entidades Territoriales del orden departamental, distrital y municipal y las Empresas Sociales del Estado o quien haga sus veces, deberán priorizar la presentación de proyectos de Transporte Asistencial de baja y de mediana complejidad y vehículos de transporte extramural (modalidad marítima, fluvial y terrestre) para operar en las zonas rurales y zonas rurales dispersas, ante el Ministerio de Salud y Protección Social, con el fin de soportar la ejecución del Modelo Especial de Salud Pública para la Ruralidad.
