°. Alcance de la garantía de Fogafín. La garantía del Fondo de Garantías de Instituciones Financieras establecida en el inciso 2° del artículo 99 de la Ley 100 de 1993 se limita a asegurar el reembolso del saldo de las cuentas individuales de ahorro pensional en caso de disolución o liquidación de la respectiva administradora. La garantía ampara el reconocimiento de la rentabilidad mínima determinada por la Superintendencia Financiera de Colombia, cuando quiera que dicha rentabilidad no haya sido obtenida y la administradora respectiva no haya suplido la deficiencia con sus propios recursos.
