La prórroga del término máximo de las medidas de aseguramiento privativas de la libertad a la que hace referencia el artículo 1° de la Ley 1760 de 2015 podrá solicitarse ante el Juez de Control de Garantías dentro de los dos (2) meses anteriores a su vencimiento, incluso desde antes de que dicho artículo entre en vigencia.
