Art. 267. En el caso de consumo se reconocerán los bultos a proporcion de que vayan saliendo y con las formalidades exijidas para la importacion. Hecho el reconocimiento, los bultos serán entregados al comerciante, previa una obligacion de pagar al fin del mes el derecho de importacion que resulte deber por los bultos estraidos, si la liquidacion no excediera de cien pesos.
