PRUEBA TRASLADADA. Las pruebas obrantes válidamente en un proceso judicial o administrativo, podrán trasladarse al proceso disciplinario en copia autentica; estas pruebas deberán ponerse en conocimiento de las partes por el término de cinco (5) días, para garantizar la contradicción de las mismas. Los demás documentos se aportarán a la investigación en original o fotocopia autenticada o autorizada.
