PRESENTACIÓN Y REPORTE DE LA INFORMACIÓN Mediante el presente acto administrativo se establecen los requisitos mínimos para la presentación, a través del Sistema Integrado de Reportes Financieros (SIRFIN), de la información que deberán remitir los factores constituidos como sociedades comerciales sujetas a la vigilancia de la Superintendencia de Sociedades, junto con el documento adicional previsto en el numeral 4.3 de la presente circular. Para tal efecto, las sociedades señaladas en el presente capítulo deberán seleccionar el siguiente punto de entrada: Taxonomía 90 - Información de Régimen Especial (IRE) Punto de entrada 40 – Factoring
