Los gastos quo ocasiono la ejecución de este decreto, como compra de instrumentos, impresión de instrucciones y cuadros, trasporte de instrumento y pago do premios &c., &c., se consideran como preferentes y serán imputables al Departamento nacional de Agricultura, capítulo 38, artículo 403 del Presupuesto de Gastos para la vigencia económica de 1881 á 1882.
