Devolución a la Policía Judicial para la práctica de diligencias. Recibidas las diligencias de Policía Judicial si no estuviere identificado el presunto infractor, el funcionario de investigación podrá devolvérselas para que procure la identificación física, señalándole las diligencias que debe practicar dentro de un término no mayor de sesenta días. Sin embargo, tales diligencias serán realizadas por el investigador si así lo estima conve niente.
