º. Expedición . El paz y salvo eléctrico será expedido a solicitud de la empresa interesada, por las empresas generadoras, comercializadoras, distribuidoras de electricidad, por la entidad administradora del Sistema Intercambios Comerciales por transacciones en el mercado de energía mayorista y por todas aquellas por las cuales la empresa solicitante del empréstito, tenga contraídas obligaciones en razón del servicio eléctrico prestado.
