Desde la vigencia de esta Ley, la cuantía para que puedan tener recurso de casación los juicios ordinarios o que se .conviertan en ordinarios, será de tres mil pesos ($3.000) y para los juicios de sucesión, cinco mil pesos ($ 5,000).
