°. Modifícase el enunciado del subnumeral 3.5.2 del artículo 2.6.12.1.2 del Decreto 2555 de 2010, el cual quedará así: “3.5.2 Instrumentos financieros derivados con fines de inversión. Con los recursos de los fondos de pensiones obligatorias y de cesantías se podrán negociar instrumentos financieros derivados con fines de inversión, cuyos activos subyacentes correspondan a las inversiones descritas en los numerales 1 y 2 del presente artículo, así como las divisas, índices de renta fija o de renta variable, siempre que cumplan las siguientes condiciones: (...)”.
