Artículo primero. Apruebas la resolución número jd-0024 de 1975, emanada de la junta directiva de la administración postal nacional, cuyo texto es el siguiente: "RESOLUCION NUMERO JD-0024 DE 1975 (octubre 24) por la cual se reforman los artículos 17,27 y 35 de los estatutos de la administración postal nacional. La junta directiva de la administración postal nacional, en uso de sus facultades legales, especialmente de la que le confiere el ordinal b) del artículo 26 del decreto 1050 de 1958, RESUELVE:
