Los títulos en los que inviertan los fondos de inversión colectiva administrados por instituciones vigiladas por la Superintendencia Bancaria, de conformidad con su régimen legal, deben contar, por lo menos, con una calificación efectuada por una sociedad calificadora de valores autorizada por la Superintendencia de Valores o de reconocida trayectoria internacional, cuando se trate de títulos emitidos en el exterior. El Gobierno Nacional establecerá los términos y condiciones a los cuales debe ajustarse la calificación a que hace referencia el presente artículo.
