º . Traspaso de derechos y obligaciones . Efectuado el traspaso de que trata el artículo 1º de este decreto, se entenderá igualmente traspasada la titularidad sobre la totalidad de derechos y obligaciones que tenía la Unidad Administrativa Especial "Escuela Nacional del Deporte" del Ministerio de Educación Nacional, incluidos los instrumentos o actos de autorización, licencia o reconocimiento para la operación de la entidad educativa.
