La Superintendencia de Sociedades Anónimas reglamentará el funcionamiento de los concursos a que se refiere esta Ley, señalará los porcentajes que deban destinarse a premios y gastos de administración, y ejercerá el control y la vigilancia de las empresas que realicen dichos concursos.
