Cuando por cualquier motivo no se encuentren en los archivos del Ministerio de Guerra los documentos originales para verificar las pruebas de que trata el artículo 31, el Poder Ejecutivo podrá conceder el recurso de la prueba supletoria, ciñéndose a las formalidades que para ello establezca.
