Artículo único . Los Visitadores del Departamento de Territorios Nacionales podrán inspeccionar el recaudo y control de las rentas de Aduana y Hacienda Nacional, y verificar los saldos en efectivo y en especies, en aquellos lugares donde la administración de estas rentas se halle adscrita a las del respectivo Territorio Nacional. Comuníquese y publíquese.
