Las exportaciones definitivas de teléfonos móviles inteligentes y teléfonos móviles celulares clasificables en la subpartida 8517.12.00.00 del Arancel de Aduanas no mencionadas en el artículo 4° del presente decreto, se permitirán a partir de la fecha de publicación del presente decreto en el Diario Oficial por un plazo de sesenta (60) días calendario, siempre que los IMEI no se encuentren registrados en la Base de Datos Negativa de que trata el artículo 106 de la Ley 1453 de 2011.
