Al desarrollar la campaña de defensa de que trata el artículo 1º de esta Ley, el Gobierno tomará todas las medidas que sean necesarias para evitar la infección de las plantaciones nacionales, y respecto del cacao que se introduzca, esas medidas serán rigurosamente aplicadas en las aduanas del país.
