El tiempo empleado en estudios de especialización en Universidades extranjeras o al servicio de instituciones de otros países, se acreditará con certificados de dichas Universidades o instituciones, refrendados por las autoridades consulares respectivas, y los años de prácticas metodológicas dirigidas, con certificados del Ministerio de Educación.
