Terminados los trabajos de la vía principal procederá el Gobierno preferentemente a la ejecución del ramal que partiendo de un punto adecuado sobre la Carretera Central, en la Provincia de García Rovira, vaya a Bucaramanga pasando por Piedecuesta, y luego al de qué trata la Ley 23 de 1914 .
