La Sección de Crédito Público (2.º del Ministerio del Tesoro) cambiará, en el curso del presente año los certificados que se expidieron en virtud del citado Decreto 454 de 1913, por órdenes pagaderas en vales por recompensas, por suma igual, en cada caso, a lo que esté pendiente del respectivo certificado, el que quedará en la Sección como comprobante.
