Articulo 111 . El Consejo Directivo de la Corporación procurara adquirir amigablemente los inmuebles que se requieran para las obras públicas que realice. Pero si no se llegare a un acuerdo con el propietario o existieren circunstancias que impidan la transmisión del dominio, procederá a expropiarlos de conformidad con las leyes nacionales generales y las normas especiales otorgadas a la Corporación.
