Art. 3.° El inventario se formará con intervencion del Fiscal del tribunal del distrito donde lo hubiere, i donde no, con la del respectivo Personero parroquial. Alli se espresarán con la debida especificacion los nombres de las partes interesadas en cada proceso, espediente o documento, el número de legajos de que consta, el de fojas de cada legajo, i la materiá sobre que versan.
