Los Fiscales de los Tribunales de Distrito Judicial de Barranquilla, Bucaramanga, Cartagena, Cali, Manizales, Medellín y Santa Marta, devengarán una asignación de doscientos veinte pesos ($ 220.00) mensuales; los de los Tribunales de Ibagué, Neiva, Pasto, Popayán y Tunja, doscientos pesos ($ 200.00) mensuales, y los de los Tribunales Administrativos de Bogotá y Cúcuta, doscientos pesos ($ 200.00) mensuales y ciento sesenta pesos ($ 160.00) mensuales, respectivamente.

Las asignaciones de los Fiscales de los Juzgados Superiores quedan elevadas en un veinte por ciento (20 por 100).
