La interventoría de los contratos se hará por medio de funcionarios oficiales, que deben cumplir las condiciones reglamentarias de las profesiones de ingeniería y arquitectura y tener una experiencia no menor de tres años en el respectivo tipo de obras o por medio de contratos, con personas naturales o jurídicas con experiencia análoga. Las funciones de los interventores serán fijadas en los respectivos contratos.
