Créase como dependencia del Banco de la República la Oficina de Registro de Cambios, a la cual se le adscriben las atribuciones y funciones que actualmente tienen la Junta Directiva y la Oficina de Control de Cambios Importaciones y Exportaciones, con excepción de aquellas incompatibles con este Decreto. Las resoluciones de carácter general que dicte la Oficina de Registro de Cambios de conformidad con las disposiciones vigentes, requerirán para su validez la aprobación del Gobierno.
