Ámbito de aplicación. Las disposiciones a que se refiere el presente título son aplicables al Ministerio del Deporte y a todas las entidades públicas y privadas que, de acuerdo con las normas vigentes, conforman el Sistema Nacional del Deporte, cuando desarrollen programas y proyectos relacionados con los aspectos objeto de reglamentación, en el marco de sus respectivas competencias.
