Denominación de los actos. Por regla general, los actos y decisiones que expida el Gerente en ejercicio de las funciones a él asignadas por ministerio de la ley, los presentes estatutos, acuerdos o resoluciones posteriores de la Junta, se denominarán "Resoluciones". Las Resoluciones se numerarán consecutivamente con indicación del día, mes y año en que se expidan y estarán bajo la custodia y responsabilidad del funcionario designado par a tal efecto.
