El trabajo al aire libre puede organizarse en labores agrícolas especiales o con cuadrillas ambulantes de condenados que salieron de los Establecimientos para los trabajos, regresen en la tarde al mismo. Puede admitirse que los condenados permanezcan durante la noche fuera del Establecimiento, siempre que en el lugar de los trabajos o en sus vecindades se organicen, aunque sea provisionalmente, alojamientos que ofrezcan absolutas garantías de seguridad y disciplina.
