La Nación, a través del Ministerio de Comunicaciones, la Empresa Nacional de Telecomunicaciones-Telecom-, el Instituto Colombiano de Cultura -Colcultura- se asociará para conformar una persona jurídica que con el nombre de Instituto Nacional de Radio y Televisión -Inravisión- tenga a su cargo la prestación de los servicios públicos de televisión y radiodifusión oficial. Los Estatutos de dicha entidad se sujetarán a las normas de la presente Ley.
