Adiciónase el numeral 14 del artículo 16 del Decreto 756 de 2000, con el siguiente literal: "d) En cualquier momento del proceso liquidatorio, y antes de la adjudicación, los titulares de acreencias reconocidas podrán ceder los derechos en el respectivo proceso, con sujeción a las normas sobre la materia. En el paso de entidades públicas, la cesión podrá adelantarse con otras entidades de la misma naturaleza".
