El artículo 86 de la Ley 14 de 1983 , quedará así:

"El Subsidio a la gasolina-motor en favor de los Departamentos, Intendencias y Comisarías y del Distrito Especial de Bogotá, sobre el precio de venta del galón, será de 1.8 por mil, a partir de 1985".

"La Empresa Colombiana de Petróleos, lo girará directamente a las respectivas Tesorerías".
