Designar en la Junta Administradora del Fondo para el Desarrollo Integral del Distrito Especial de Buenaventura (Fonbuenaventura), a los siguientes miembros del Gobierno nacional: El Ministro de Comercio, Industria y Turismo, quien podrá delegar su participación en funcionarios de nivel Directivo; El Ministro de Ambiente y Desarrollo Sostenible, quien podrá delegar su participación en funcionarios de nivel Directivo; El Consejero Presidencial para las Regiones de la Presidencia de la República, quien únicamente podrá delegar su participación en funcionarios del nivel Asesor.
