°. Acreditación de la experiencia. Los documentos que se presenten para acreditar experiencia deberán ser expedidos por el empleador o por la autoridad competente de las respectivas entidades en los casos en que el interesado haya tenido relación laboral de naturaleza legal, reglamentaria o contractual, o mediante manifestación escrita de terceros cuando se haya ejercido la profesión o actividad en forma independiente.
