Reglas para la aplicación del parámetro Z. Se seguirán las siguientes reglas para la aplicación del parámetro Z:

El Z Municipal aplica para el uso del espectro radioeléctrico en el área urbana o en el área urbana y rural del municipio.

Los nuevos municipios que se crean dentro del territorio nacional se clasificarán en la categoría 8, Tabla N° 3, del presente artículo.
