Organos de Asesoría y Coordinación . El Comité Sectorial de Desarrollo Administrativo, el Comité de Coordinación del Sistema de Control Interno y la Comisión de Personal se organizarán y ejercerán sus funciones conforme a lo previsto en las disposiciones legales vigentes. El Ministro de Tecnologías de la Información y las Comunicaciones podrá crear comités permanentes o transitorios especiales para estudio, análisis y asesoría en temas alusivos al Ministerio.
